Housing: |
Everyone is required to stay in high school on gym floor. So be sure to bring your sleeping bag, shower stuff, etc. |

Breakfast and Snacks will be provided. Lunch and Dinner are on your own, but we will provide transportation to local fast food restaurants. |

Remember:
When purchasing your flights, do everything humanly possible to arrive IN Rockford in time for rehearsal (or before) as possible. Check out the bus schedule above to figure out what time you need to arrive. These weekends are very short and only once a month – so your attendance at every minute is crucial.
Depart after 5pm on Sunday (7pm if using Midway (MDW) airport).
We will expect everyone to be at their designated camps. If you cannot attend, you MUST email Dan and your caption head IN ADVANCE.
We will provide snacks and breakfasts during the weekend. We will bus you to local fast food (i.e. Beef-a-Roo – those that don’t know this place will come to love it!) for lunch and dinners.
If you need to fly home on Monday after camp, you may be taking the bus out of South Beloit instead of Rockford. Therefore, we wouldn't suggest buying a roundtrip bus ticket as you may be departing from a different bus station. If you have to leave on Monday, please remember that a 630am flight departure means a 330am bus departure, so please try to book something reasonable. Check out the Van Galder schedule before you purchase your Monday morning flight.
Fly RFD - if you live in the Southeast or West, you may want to see if you can fly into RFD directly – which is the airport here in Rockford. Check the airlines and routes here.
