Arrival & Departure Information

Those of you flying should enter all of your arrival and departure information. If you have already arranged your ride from/to airport, then you do not need to fill this out. This is only for those that will be on a Van Galder bus to/from the airport. You will receive an email confirming your information which will be confirmation that we've received your info.

Take the Van Galder Bus to the Rockford Clock Tower stop. Be sure to fill this out so we can schedule stops accordingly.

This information will give us an idea of when you might be arriving at the designated bus stop off of the Van Galder bus. We will have a bus picking you up from there starting approximately 4pm and continuing until everyone has been picked up. You can enter you origin (O'Hare or Midway) and destination (Rockford) below to get the Van Galder bus schedules:

Make sure you choose the right times including AM or PM! Read your confirmation email to make sure you entered it correctly.
