Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps will call Western Illinois University home for the majority of our summer training - May 20 – June 9, 2018. The corps will live, work and train at WIU's Macomb campus. The members will live in the WIU residence halls and practice on Hanson Field, Vince Grady Field, and the Marching Leathernecks practice field east of Olson Hall. Phantom Regiment will be hosting an open house meeting at its April camp to discuss the organization’s protection policies (including discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower) with the executive director and members of the board of directors. The meeting will cover the current policies that have been in place for numerous years, as well as revisions that have been made since attending an informative DCI Annual Meeting in January with other organization’s board of directors.
