Phantom Regiment is excited to announce that our 8th Annual Fall Marching Band Festival is now the Red & Black Fall Classic at Northern Illinois University’s Huskie Stadium on Saturday, September 25, 2010. In partnership with the NIU Huskie Marching Band, the show is now at one of the very best venues in the state of Illinois.
