The Phantom Regiment would like to congratulate all performers who participated in the Winter Guard International World Championships in Dayton, Ohio this past weekend. With special recognition to the 2011 Independent World Class Gold Medalists, Santa Clara Vanguard, as well as the 2011 Scholastic World Class Gold Medalists, Carmel High School.
