Dan Fibus
Visual Instructor

Dan Fibus is from Oklahoma City, OK. He currently attends the University of Central Oklahoma and will graduate in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts. Fibus spent his entire drum corps career as a member of the Phantom Regiment euphonium section (2011-2013); where he was under the instruction of Dwight Emmert and Josh Scott. He was also nominated for the Mark Glasscoe Memorial Member of the Year Award his ageout season.

During his time as a member, Fibus learned many ways to effectively teach the visual side of a marching program, and took his knowledge to a number of ensembles in the Oklahoma City metro area. He has assisted in teaching drill and movement as well as getting the performers totally immersed in the overall show concept and design. Most recently he was privileged enough to work with the 2013 4A/5A State Champion Pride of Piedmont Marching Band from Piedmont, OK.

Fibus is highly regarded for his enthusiasm and love for the activity. This will be his first year on the Regiment s visual staff. I m more than honored to be working with such an iconic group. It feels great coming home and getting the chance to give back to the organization that gave me so much. SUTA!
