Dr. Daniel L Richardson received his Bachelors, Masters, Medical Degree, and Doctorate in Pharmacology from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine. He received his Doctor of Naprapathic Medicine from the National College of Naprapathic Medicine. He is a prominent expert in pharmacology, nutrition, and botanical medicine, having given several seminars around the world to all areas of health care professions. He is Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Nutrition and Biochemical Therapeutics at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. Dr. Richardson also serves as Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Nutrition and Dean of Students at the National College of Naprapathic Medicine in Chicago Illinois. He has given several postgraduate seminars in Nutrition, Pharmacology, Sports Nutrition, and Botanical Medicine. He has authored several research papers and is a contributing author of several textbooks. Dr. Richardson also is a nutrition consultant for many clinical practices in the Northern Illinois area and gives clinical grand rounds for Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Dr Dan has been involved with the drum and bugle corps activity in Rockford Illinois since 1954. He joined the St Thomas High school band, which subsequently became a drum and bugle corps, when he was in 6th grade at the age of 12. He joined the Phantom Regiment in 1957 just prior to his first year in high School. He has served as Instructor, Program Coordinator, Medical Director, and Corps Director and as a member and officer of the Board of Directors for the Phantom Regiment. He continues today with the Phantom Regiment serving as an adviser and as the Medical Director as well as being a member of the Board of Directors.
