LIVE & IN-PERSON – DRUM MAJOR, COLOR GUARD & PERCUSSION CAMP!

Level up your marching arts skills with some of the best instructors in the world at this Evansville, IN area PR Academy camp!  Alumni of both the Phantom Regiment drum corps and our training programs have gone on to become world-renowned conductors, band directors, business leaders, and more. Drum Major, Color Guard, and Percussion students at all levels and abilities are encouraged to register now for one of the best marching arts training programs in the country.

For those interested in furthering their marching arts career in high school, college, or with the Phantom Regiment (or another drum corps), this training opportunity is a great way to prepare for those highly regarded positions.

WHO MAY ATTEND?

College & high school aged, current and future drum majors, color guard, and percussion performers.

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?

*All times are subject to change. You will be provided with a final schedule upon registration.

Day 1 | 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST

Day 2 | 9:00 am – 10:00 pm CST

Day 3 | 9:00 am – 10:00 pm CST

Day 4 | 9:00 am – 10:00 pm CST

All sessions include breaks for meals. 

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

All sessions are geared toward teaching the Phantom Regiment approach to conducting, leadership, color guard, and percussion. Interactive sessions with the 2024 Phantom Regiment Drum Corps are included with this camp experience!

Evansville, IN – Resident $575 / Commuter $450
Camp fees include instruction, learning materials, meals, a PR Academy t-shirt, and lodging*

Processing Fees
Participants will use UltraCamp (Phantom Regiment’s registration portal) to register and pay camp fees. PLEASE NOTE: If paying via credit card, there will be a 2.5% processing fee; ACH payments will incur a 1% processing fee.

Refund Policies and Procedures
Camp fees are fully refundable (minus processing fees) through May 20. Camp fees can be refunded 50% between May 21 and June 3. Beginning June 4, camp fees are non-refundable unless approved by the administration on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the written request.

If a camper is dismissed from the camp for cause (violation of federal law, state law, organization or campus rules or policies, or for disciplinary reasons), no refunds will be given. 

*Camp fees are not tax-deductible.

CAN MY BAND PROGRAM PAY FOR ME TO ATTEND?

Yes! Band Directors can arrange for their school, booster club, or any other third party to pay for a student’s attendance.
