Phantom Regiment is proud to partner with the NIU Huskie Marching Band to present the Red & Black Fall Classic Marching Band Festival on Saturday, October 1st.
Come enjoy 18 of Northern Illinois’ finest high school marching bands are they compete at one of the best venues in the area – Northern Illinois University’s Huskie Stadium.
