Meagan Hills
Percussion Instructor
Meagan Hills is one Phantom Regiment’s Front Ensemble Techs. She began teaching the group in 2011.
A native of Lakewood, CO, Meagan graduated from Pomona High School in 2001 and began her college career at the University of Northern Colorado. She moved to Tennessee in 2002 and began study at East Tennessee University and eventually raduated, with her undergraduate
degree in music education, from Middle Tennessee State University.
Meagan was a member of the Blue Knights Indoor Drum line in 1999 and 2001, Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps in 2001 and 2002, MCM from 2002-2005, and the Blue Coats Drum and Bugle Corps in 2004. Meagan has also taught percussion at several schools throughout middle Tennessee, including Brentwood, Centennial, Independence, Page and Spring Hill.
Meagan is currently the Front Ensemble Caption head at Music City Mystique and has been teaching there since 2006. She lives in Nashville, TN, with her dogs Coda and Nemo, and is the Director of Bands at Spring Hill Middle School in Spring Hill Tennessee.
