In light of the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, Phantom Regiment has decided to cancel our fall marching band festival, the Red & Black Fall Classic, to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Huskie Stadium on the campus of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. This decision was made with substantial consideration for the safety and well- being of our performing units, staff, volunteers, and attendees. On Saturday, June 27, the Phantom Regiment community joined together in a virtual, telethon style event called the Phan-a-Thon. We laughed. We cried. We cheered. We reminisced.
