The Red & Black Fall Classic at Northern Illinois University’s Huskie Stadium showcases some of the best marching bands in the best venue in the Midwest.

Bringing together accomplished designers, educators, arrangers, and leaders from across the marching arts and professional music world, the 2027 team combines new perspectives with returning members who have helped shape Phantom Regiment in recent years.

Long-time brass arranger JD Shaw has announced that he is retiring after 17 years in that role with Phantom Regiment.
