Patrick Seidling has spent a lifetime in drum and bugle corps, having marched, instructed or managed drum and bugle corps at all levels of the activity, including the Pioneer, Southwind, and the Madison Scouts. He currently serves as director of the Phantom Regiment, a position he took on in 2002. Selected by his fellow Drum Corps International directors for the “Dr. Bernard Baggs, Sr. Leadership Award” in 2003, Pat’s efforts with Phantom Regiment include developing a comprehensive music education and outreach program that broadens the scope of Phantom Regiment’s impact.

A Wisconsin native, Pat earned a degree in education from Louisiana State University. He adjudicates marching band events across the nation and serves as an advisor and clinician for the music programs in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
