PR’s own video producer, Robert Cawthorne, has a film that’s been selected from over 50 submissions to appear in the On the Waterfront’s Film Fest! The field was narrowed down to 20 out of the original 50 submissions.
The OTW film fest is a juried film competition, with cash prizes to be awarded in two categories: an open category for all filmmakers and a student/youth film category
