Eric Sabach has joined the Phantom Regiment management team as director of business development.
He comes to Rockford after a 15-year career in sales and marketing and has worked with many Fortune 500 companies as well as several college and professional sports teams. He also designed the 2003 DCI World Championship ring for the Blue Devils.
Sabach’s work has been honored by the Midwest Marketing Association, Printing Industry of America, Columbia Scholastic Press and the Collegiate Press Association.

Phantom Regiment is truly one of the iconic drum corps in the world, and I am proud to be a part of the team.”
His involvement in the marching music activity reaches back more than 25 years. He was a member of The Royal Brigade and the Garfield Cadets, both in New Jersey. He has been a visual staff member with Star of Indiana and Phantom Regiment, a visual adjudicator for Drum Corps International, Bands of America, Drum Corps Associates and numerous other regional marching associations, and he has worked with numerous high schools across the country.
Sabach, who is single and lives in Rockford, majored in music education at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Among his hobbies are boating, Harley-Davidsons, the N.Y. Jets and N.Y. Yankees, and his dog, Bailey Jo.
