Bill Cook, known in our activity for being the founder of the Star of Indiana, passed away Friday April 15th. But he was much more than that – he was a successful businessman, philanthropist and great friend to many.

Mr. Cook on more than one occasion has helped out the Phantom Regiment. More importantly, he has touched so many lives…even many within our own Regiment phamily.

The Phantom Regiment would like to express our condolences to the Cook family and all those whom Mr. Cook touched throughout his life.
