Since our founding in 1956, Phantom Regiment has helped shape the futures of young people around the world through life-changing performing arts experiences. Formerly the Phantom Regiment Booster Club, Club56 is more than a fundraiser.

Club56 is a community of passionate donors, actively engaged in protecting the future of Phantom Regiment.

Donations through Club56 are made on a recurring monthly or annual basis and come with the VIP access, perks, and recognition our most ardent supporters deserve.

Club56 serves donors who are committed to the ongoing support of Phantom Regiment. This sustained investment helps us make more informed, strategic decisions that greatly benefit how we fulfill our mission. Acknowledgment on Website – This is updated manually by our team. We will do our best to add your name to the list of supporters as soon as we can! If you don’t see your name on the official list within 15 days of joining, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Badge, Lanyard + Sticker – Badges are issued for all active memberships as of May 31 to allow delivery of all badges before the start of the drum corps touring season.

Phamily First Email Subscription – You are automatically added to this email list!

First Access to Show Tickets – You will receive an email when tickets become available, typically in January of the year.

Behind-the-Scenes Insider Access – You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to join the private Facebook group. All other behind-the-scenes opportunities will be shared via email and the Facebook group.

Credit for Club56 Merchandise – You will receive an email with a discount code from our online store. Please keep an eye on your inbox!

15% Discount at shop.regiment.org & merch booth – You will receive a welcome email with a special discount code for the online store. Your badge will serve as your discount card when shopping at the merch booth, so be sure to remember it when you go to a show!

Tickets & Passes – Tickets and passes are issued electronically. We work closely with our tour partners and share redemption instructions as they become available.

What is the difference between the Alumni and Insider levels?2022-04-01T15:12:05-05:00

Alumni of Phantom Regiment receive a special, promotional rate to join Club56 at the Insider level. The benefits are the same. All Phantom Regiment alumni are eligible for membership in Club56 at the Alumni level, regardless of whether or not you aged out at Phantom Regiment. All alumni will be verified.

How do I stop my auto-payments?2022-04-01T15:13:20-05:00

To stop your recurring membership, simply login to your donor portal with the information provided in your membership confirmation email. You can also call our office at 815-261-1956, or email your request to [email protected]iment.org. You DO NOT need to notify your bank or credit card company.

Is my membership tax-deductible?2022-04-01T15:16:00-05:00

Yes! You will receive an email receipt with your donation for tax filing purposes. At this time we are unable to include non-tax-deductible items such as tickets in your e-receipt. You will receive an annual tax-receipt letter via email no later than January 31 of the following year. Please use this receipt for tax purposes. We recommend consulting with your tax preparer to confirm eligibility.

What if my credit card expires or changes?2022-04-04T10:46:33-05:00

Be sure to save your membership confirmation email. This email contains a link to log in to your account to update credit card or personal information in our processing system. If you have trouble, please call the Phantom Regiment office at 815-261-1956 or email [email protected].

What if I want to increase my contribution?2022-04-04T10:46:05-05:00

You are welcome to change your contribution amount or frequency at any time! Simply login to the donor portal with the information provided on your confirmation receipt. You may also give us a call at 815-261-1956 or email your request to [email protected]. The same procedures apply if your financial circumstances change and you need to reduce your gift.

How long does my membership last?2022-04-01T15:19:53-05:00

Your yearly or monthly recurring donations will continue until you choose to end your payments or a payment fails. If your credit card transaction fails for any reason, you will receive an email with instructions on how to update the credit card on file. Should your payments continue to fail you may be removed from the program and lose any applicable benefits of Club56 Membership. Abuse of this policy may result in your inability to benefit from discounts and credits in the future.
