|Conductor level (and above) members of Club56 have the option for two complimentary tickets to our end-of-year celebration which takes place the Sunday after DCI Championships in August.||Become a Chevron level member of Club56 and you’ll have the option to receive two complimentary VIP tickets as part of your membership.|

Acknowledgement on Website – This is updated manually by our team. We will do our best to add your name to the list of supporters as soon as we can! If you don’t see your name on the official list within 15 days of joining, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Badge, Lanyard + Sticker – Badges are issued for all active memberships as of May 31 to allow delivery of all badges before the start of the drum corps touring season.
Phamily First Email Subscription – You are automatically added to this email list!
First Access to Show Tickets – You will receive an email when tickets become available, typically in January of the year.
Behind-the-Scenes Insider Access ($150 minimum annual donation) – You will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to join the private Facebook group. All other behind-the-scenes opportunities will be shared via email and the Facebook group.
Credit to the56shop.com – You will receive an email with a gift-certificate code from our online store. Please keep an eye on your inbox! You must spend your gift card within 1 year of receipt.
15% Discount at shop.regiment.org & merch booth – You will receive a welcome email with a special discount code for the online store. Your badge will serve as your discount card when shopping at the merch booth, so be sure to remember it when you go to a show!
Tickets & Passes – To take advantage of your ticket or pass benefits, you MUST confirm your attendance with us via email ([email protected]) at least 10 working days before the event. You will also receive additional instructions via email to claim these benefits.
All Phantom Regiment alumni are eligible for membership in Club56 at the Ageout level, regardless of whether or not you aged-out at Phantom Regiment. All alumni will be verified.
To stop your sustaining membership, simply login to our payment portal – Flipcause – with the information provided in your membership confirmation email. You can also call our office at 815-261-1956, or email your request to [email protected]. You DO NOT need to notify your bank or credit card company.
Yes! You will receive an email receipt with your total membership payment. At this time we are unable to include non-tax-deductible items such as tickets in your e-receipt. You will receive an annual tax-receipt letter via email no later than January 31 of the following year. Please use this receipt for tax purposes.
Be sure to save your membership confirmation email. This email contains a link to log in to your account to update credit card or personal information in our processing system. If you have trouble, please call the Phantom Regiment office at 815-261-1956 or email [email protected]
You are welcome to change your contribution amount or frequency at any time! Simply give us a call at 815-261-1956 or email your request to [email protected] You are also welcome to make an additional gift at any time. The same procedures apply if your financial circumstances change and you need to reduce your gift.
One-Time payments qualify for the membership period in which they are received and expire 1-year from the date of payment receipt. For example, a check or payment received on March 1 will expire on March 2 of the following year. Any benefits, including merchandise credits, must be utilized before the end of the membership period. New badges, discount codes, and credits will be issued each year.
Sustaining memberships (annual and monthly) will continue until you choose to end your payments or a payment fails. You will have an opportunity to update the credit card on file, however, should your payments continue to fail you may be removed from the program and lose any applicable benefits of Club56 Membership. Abuse of this policy may result in your inability to benefit from discounts and credits in the future.
One-Time donations will charge your credit card one-time for an annual Club56 membership. Your membership 1 year from your donation date.
Monthly memberships will automatically charge your credit card once-per-month and will continue until you choose to end your Club56 membership. If your credit card is declined, you will receive a notification from our processor with an opportunity to change the credit card on file.
Annual memberships will automatically charge your credit card once-per-year and will continue until you choose to end your Club56 membership. If your credit card is declined, you will receive a notification from our processor with an opportunity to change the credit card on file.
Sustaining membership in Club56 means your monthly or yearly donation will automatically roll over every month or 12 months. Sustaining memberships are only available for credit card payments at this time. If you would prefer to pay by check, your payment will be considered a One-Time membership and will expire 1 year from the date of receipt.
