Trevor Bailey
Brass Instructor
Trevor Bailey received his Bachelors Degree in Music from Northwestern State University. He studied Euphonium under the guidance of Dr. Masahito Kuroda. While attending Northwestern State University, Mr. Bailey was a member of both the Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble. In 2007 He founded International Flavor , a tuba/euphonium quartet that preformed around the state of Louisiana. Trevor also served as Section Leader of The Spirit of Northwestern Marching Band for 5 years.
In 2007 Mr. Bailey served as a music instructor for The Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps. During the 2009-2010 seasons he served as the corps recruiting director and served as a brass consultant in 2011. Trevor also served as a music instructor for The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps in 2011. His drum corps mentors include Gordon Henderson, Dean Westman, and Scott Atchison.
He is currently a Music Arranger/Designer for marching bands in Louisiana, Colorado, and Idaho. Mr. Bailey currently serves as the assistant director at Horwang Primary School in Bangkok, Thailand and music instructor at Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Trevor is a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity and Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity. This will be Trevor s first season as a member of the Phantom Regiment brass staff and he is very proud to be a part of an organization that has such a rich history of excellence.
