The Phantom Regiment is committed to providing healthy nutrition to meet the consistent demands of a day on tour. Over the course of four daily meals, our members and staff will consume huge amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, complex carbohydrates, milk, eggs and cheese. We also provide comfort food alternatives such as peanut butter, cereal, and even desserts after dinner.
However, keeping the corps fed throughout an entire summer does not come cheap. It costs over $1,500 per day to feed The Phantom Regiment!
This is where we need the support of our alumni, parents, fans and friends to help Fuel The Phantom Regiment. This summer, you’ll have a chance to make a tax-deductible contribution towards a snack, a meal, or even an entire day’s worth of food!
Have you ever wanted to provide Gatorade for the corps, but didn’t have a convenient chance to do so because of scheduling and logistics? For just $100, you can provide the drum corps with Gatorade for a day!
For as little as $200, you could be the sponsor of one of those post-show snacks, where everyone’s telling stories of their days with friends and family. How about funding dinner before The Phantom Regiment takes the field in the Georgia Dome at the Atlanta Regional?
Even contributions in the amount of $25 or $50 are extremely helpful to the campaign. Again, we’re stressing fresh and nutritious meals for our members to promote an overall healthy, active lifestyle.
Anybody who sponsors a meal will have their name written on the schedule that day, so that members, staff and volunteers have the opportunity to recognize and thank our supporters. You’ll also be invited to enjoy your meal with the corps, if you can be there!
