Phantom Regiment is excited to be hosting our annual Concert Band Festival at the beautiful Boutell Memorial Concert Hall on the campus of Northern Illinois University on Friday, February 23, 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your students to a stress-free performance in a supportive festival atmosphere. You'll receive instant feedback from some of the country’s top clinicians via audio commentaries and a live clinic immediately following your performance.
