The Volunteer of the Year Award honors exceptional individuals who have given their time, energy, and heart to Phantom Regiment in a volunteer capacity. The Chevron Award, presented by the Phantom Regiment Board of Directors, recognizes an individual, company, or organization that has gone above and beyond in support of Phantom Regiment. Whether through leadership, partnership, generosity, or advocacy, recipients of this award embody the spirit of commitment and excellence that helps sustain and strengthen the organization for generations to come.

The Volunteer of the Year Award is given to a volunteer who exhibits the following attributes: positive attitude, ethical conduct, flexibility, commitment, team player and problem-solving skills
