Who would have thought a summer without a touring drum corps could be so busy? But, that’s exactly what happened.
In light of the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, Phantom Regiment has decided to cancel our fall marching band festival, the Red & Black Fall Classic, to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Huskie Stadium on the campus of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. We have always been willing to have the sometimes difficult conversations that [... Read More]

After the devastating announcement last week that the 2020 drum corps season had been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we reached out to a few members to hear what they thought of the situation. Here's what they had to say; "This summer would have been my 5th and final summer with my Phamily. I have found love, belonging, confidence, and resilience, among so many other amazing things. It's tough for me to pick a favorite moment as often, I do not even realize how special a moment is until much, much later. I think the summer of 2019 was [... Read More]
