The Phantom Regiment Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made a significant and long-lasting positive impact on the Phantom Regiment organization.
The Hall of Fame began in 2016, with 36 inductees enshrined that inaugural year. Prior to that, Phantom Regiment recognized those who have made a significant impact on the organization by adding their names to the “Heritage Plaque.” To better honor them with more traditional recognition, Phantom Regiment created the Phantom Regiment Hall of Fame during its 60th anniversary year.

This annual gathering brings alumni, friends, and supporters together to recognize the individuals whose contributions have had a lasting impact on the organization.
Along with the 2026 Hall of Fame inductions, the evening includes a fun celebration the night before the Annual Show of Shows — plenty of time to catch up with old friends, share stories, and enjoy being around fellow alumni and phans.
All phans and alumni are welcome. No matter your corps affiliation or era, we’d love to celebrate with you.

Nomination Process
Nominations can be submitted by anyone with interest in the Phantom Regiment organization. A nomination packet must meet the following requirements:
- One (1) nomination letter
- Two (2) supporting letters
- Each letter must not be more than two single-sided pages or one double-sided page in length
- The author of the nomination letter must collect the support letters and email all three (nomination packet) at one time to the address and by the deadline listed below.
- Nomination packets will be accepted starting February 1 and must be received no later than close of business February 28.

The Hall of Fame Chairperson reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the above requirements. The Hall of Fame Committee vets the nominations and approves them for the voting process.
- Call for nominations begins: Feb. 1
- Call for nominations ends: Feb. 28
- Voting Begins: March 15
- Voting Deadline: March 31
- Hall of Fame inductee(s) announced: Show of Shows in Rockford
- Hall of Fame Induction Event in the Summer
Any person who has made a significant and long-lasting positive impact on the Phantom Regiment organization will be considered by the committee as a possible recipient of the Hall of Fame Award.
The voting body includes the Phantom Regiment Hall of Fame members (living), Phantom Regiment Board members, Phantom Regiment Alumni Association Board members.
The Hall of Fame inductee(s) are introduced each year at Show of Shows in Rockford.
