There are still slots available for the RED & BLACK FALL CLASSIC at NIU’s Huskie Stadium on September 28, 2013. This Marching Band Competition is a product of the partnership between the Phantom Regiment and the NIU Huskie Marching Band (along with the Concert Band Festival held each spring).
