The Phantom Regiment will be holding a day camp for percussion (battery & front ensemble) near Nashville, Tenn on Saturday May 18, 2013.

The Phantom Regiment has been producing successful fun & educational camps since 2003. The Regiment s strive for excellence in the competitive arena is just as strong in the educational arena.

If you’re a percussionist and can’t make the extended overnight camps, here’s a day camp just for you.

Bring:Instruments are limited, so please bring your own if possible. Also bring sunblock, water, sticks/mallets and a great attitude!

As with all Phantom Regiment educational camps, you will interact with the PR drum line and drum right along side them as well! Plus, you’ll be treated to a run through of the 2013 show music by the battery & front ensemble.

You will receive instruction from the Regiment percussion staff including Shane Gwaltney (battery arranger & caption head) and Matt Jordan (front ensemble arranger). (Read about the rest of the percussion staff).

– technique
– leadership
– marching
– full ensemble playing
