Show of Shows Wins Award at 22nd RAMIs

Phantom Regiment’s annual Show of Shows was recognized at the 22nd Annual RAMIs (Rockford Area Music Industry) as the people’s choice for special event. We’re very honored and proud to receive this recognition.

We want to recognize and thank the numerous volunteers who have helped make the Show of Shows a success every year for the past 37 years! (regiment.org/sos). A special shoutout to John Baumgartner, Lori Valenzuela, Phil Weiskircher, Dana Pelan,
Cindy Steichen, Bill & Linda Riebock and the Leaf River Lions Club for being huge contributors to the success of the show.

The nomination was the first for the Show of Shows. The Regiment has previously won RAMIs for Music Outreach Organization (2007 to 2010) and Outstanding Achievement (2001 and 2003).

In 2011, the Regiment was inducted into the RAMI Hall of Fame.

This year’s Show of Shows will take place Friday, June 21 at Belvidere High School. PLEASE NOTE: this is a change for 2013 as our normal venue, Boylan High School, is unavailable on that date.
